Namste Return & Exchange Policy

At Namste, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our goal is to support and care for every customer. If you have any issues or concerns during the use of our products, please feel free to contact us. We are here to assist you.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible for Return & Exchange:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be free from any signs of use, such as scratches or other damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange.

Not Eligible for Return & Exchange:

Certain items are non-returnable, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If the item is not defective and has obvious signs of wear due to extended or repeated use, we cannot process a return or exchange. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been intentionally damaged or improperly handled after delivery.

2. Important Notes

Ensuring Fairness and Preventing Abuse:
Please inspect the packaging and the item carefully upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, immediately contact the delivery carrier and take photos as evidence. We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at: namste12580@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with returning the package. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. The processing time is typically 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. 1-Year Warranty Commitment

Within 1 Month of Receiving Your Item:
If your product experiences any issues or requires replacement parts within 1 month of receiving it, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide the necessary parts free of charge to ensure your product functions properly.

Within 2 to 12 Months of Receiving Your Item:
For orders received between 2 and 12 months, we will replace parts free of charge, but the shipping cost will be covered by you. If you purchase additional items and ship them together with the replacement parts, we will waive the shipping fee for the parts.

After 1 Year:
For orders placed over a year ago, you will be responsible for the cost of the parts and shipping. However, if you purchase a new product and have the replacement parts shipped together, we will waive the shipping fee for the parts.
